This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to conduct a Preliminary Enquiry based on the petitioner's Complaint dated 14.05.2023 within stipulated time.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Now the grievances of the petitioner is that even though the complaint has been sent to the first respondent herein and acknowledgment is also issued, so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

5. Let the above said complaint be enquired by the second respondent within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since it appears that it is the counter complaint given by the 2/4

petitioner over the case in Crime No.25 of 2023. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
