ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to accept the petitioner's application for enrolment as an Advocate on the basis of his LLB Degree based on the his representation dated 12.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is a prescribed format for making an application for enrolment as an Advocate. However, the petitioner has not made any application in the prescribed format and he simply made a representation dated 12.09.2022. Therefore, he seeks for dismissal of this Writ Petition.

3.A perusal of the records shows that the petitioner has not made any application seeking for enrolment as an Advocate in the prescribed format as required by the respondents and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ

Petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
