ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the first revision petitioner and the respondent settled the matter and the same was recorded in Tr.C.M.P.No.534 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023, wherein, the respondent has agreed to withdraw the DVC proceedings. He would further submit that recording the same, the revision petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
