(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Criminal Revision has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 06.04.2017 (served on 11.04.2017) passed in Na.Ka.No.A2/884/2017 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the respondent under Section 133(1)(B) of Cr.P.C is for a period of three months and the said period has already been over and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision. 3.Recording the abovesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
