ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to expedite the 1/4

investigation in crime No.18 of 2023 dt.21.02.2023 and to file the final report with appropriate sections, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Rajapalayam, by closing the above said First Information Report as mistake of fact.

4. Since the Final Report is filed, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Rajapalayam, to process the above said final report as per the rules within a prescribed time and issue notice to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
