ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to issue lookout notice to the respondent No.1/Accused and secure him to undergo the punishment imposed in STC No.482 of 2021 against the 1st Respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.10.2023, a report was called for from the concerned trial Court as to whether warrant has been issued against the first respondent.

3.It is seen from the report received from the trial Court stating that in STC No.482 of 2021, on the side of complainant, who is the petitioner herein has not paid the process fee for executing the Non-bailable warrant against the first accused. However, the trial Court has issued warrant on 13.10.2023.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to execute the warrant within a month.
