PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary Police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner based on his representation dated 23.09.2023 sent to the 1st and 2nd Respondents herein.

Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary Police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 23.09.2023 sent to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that both the petitioner as well as the private respondents are close relatives. There is some sort of issue between them, so case and counter case have been registered. Both cases are under investigation now. The representation made by the petitioner, dated 23.09.2023 is kept pending.

3. Let the said representation be disposed of on its own merits by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents, after ascertaining the ground situation, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above said directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
