ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.256 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in this case and also filed a final report before the PCR Court, Theni, but the same was not taken cognizance.

4.In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to process the final report, as per rules. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised. 2/4
