Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has made some very serious allegations against the contesting respondents. He has given representation for taking action also. It is open to the authorities to take action. However, I am not 2/6

inclined to issue any direction at the instance of the writ petitioner. This is because even according to the writ petitioner, he is only a power holder. There is no title document standing in the name of the writ petitioner. Even the principal who executed the power of attorney in favour of the writ petitioner namely, Rengammal has passed away. Thus, the right of the writ petitioner over the property in question is quite tenuous. At the instance of such a person, I do not want to issue any direction. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his rights in the manner known to law. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
