PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in cr.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A4 and A11, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 468, 471 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused cheated the defacto complainant's financial institution and provided loans to the tune of Rs.70,45,469/- with forged documents and also caused loss to the financial institution.
3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
4.Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that these petitioners being the employees of the financial institution, created fictitious loan transactions and documents and thereby caused loss to the financial institution and also the further allegation that there were also beneficiaries out of the same, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3
