J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the second respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent have brought to our notice that the subject Sale Deed was registered and released.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the first respondent died.

3. In view of the fact that the order has already been complied with even before hearing of the present Writ Appeal, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Appeal. If at all any grievance exists, the respective parties are at liberty to workout their remedies in the manner known to law or in the civil Suit instituted and pending in O.S.50 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur.
