ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to put up any pathway in the petitioner's property. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property on 18.04.2008. Whereas, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to trying to use that land as a pathway and put up a pathway. Hence, he seeks a direction.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that as per the revenue records, the subject property 2/4
stands in the name of an individual and there is no sub division as pathway and no such action is contemplated on the side of the respondents to put up a pathway in the subject property.
