to the Judgment dated 09.01.2017 in C.A.Nos.1 of 2016 & 31 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Sessions Court, Pudukottai thereby reversing judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai dated 13.03.2015 in STC.No.798 of 2010 and acquitted the accused and allow the criminal revision petitions thereby convict the accused and also direct him to pay the compensation of twice the cheque amount. For Petitioner : Mr.K.S.Muthu (in both Crl.RCs.) For R1 & R2 : Mr.R.Murali, (in both Crl.RCs.) COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these criminal revision petitions with liberty to file an appeal as against the acquittal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these criminal revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal. Registry is directed to 2/4

return the original papers to the counsel. The petitioner is directed to file appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the entire records.
