This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and property comprised in Door No.10, Rakins Road, Cantonment, Trichy on the basis of representation given by the petitioner, dated 09.10.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17165 of 2019 respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2019, after issuing notice to the third respondent herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
