This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to dispose of CSR.No.1143 of 2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that an enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner sought for permission for withdrawal. By recording the same, the petition was closed. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 3.Permitted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Magistrate and file an application under 156(3) Cr.P.C. No costs.
