(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.2549 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 directing the second respondent therein to consider the Petitioner's representation to be submitted by him within a period of three months, not complied with. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Order of this Court made in the above Writ Petition, dated 30.1.20215 issued pursuant to the Public Interest Litigation filed by Vinodh Venugopal reported to have been complied with and photographs to that effect has also been enclosed. 2/5

4.Being satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Petition stands closed. At the same time, it is also brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner is also an encroacher and the action to remove the encroachment has been initited. The above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General i recorded. If any unauthorized encroachment is made by anybody including the Petitioner, it has to be removed following the due process of law. Consequently, connected Sub Application for impleading is closed.
