This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order dated 09.09.2014, passed in Cr.M.P.No.905 of 2014 in M.C.No.216 of 2014, by learned Additional Mahila Judge [JM Level], Madurai. 2.Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo, dated 21.01.2021 stating that both the parties jointly filed HMOP No.501 of 2017 before the Family Court, Madurai for divorce by mutual consent and after amicably solving their disputes, filed a compromise agreement and it was also decreed and hence, this Criminal Revision Case becomes infructuous. Memo is recorded. 3.In view of the above,this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
