This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3299 of 2025 in Cr.M.P.No.2217 of 2025 in Cr.No.305 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Tirunelveli.

2.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a preliminary objection and submitted that the petitioner may avail the alternative remedy before the appropriate forum. 3.After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner do not want to press this Criminal Revision Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.

4.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law. The file is consigned to record.
