ORDER

When the case came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the entire balance amount of Rs.2,10,000/- before the trial Court, which fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. 2.At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondent requested this Court that the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the said amount before the trial Court. 3.In view of the above, this Court permits the respondent to withdraw the amount that was deposited by the petitioner herein in S.T.C.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai after filing proper application with proof of identity.

4.This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as settled amicably between the parties, accordingly.
