ORDER

The Revision Case is directed against the framing of amended charge on 26.04.2017 in Special Sessions Case No.26 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai.

2.It is evident from the records that the trial Court has framed additional charge for the offence under Section 326 IPC r/w 3 (2(v) of Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo dated 02.02.2021 stating that the main case itself was disposed off and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision.

3.Since the main case itself was disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision. The memo is recorded.
