ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner at the hands of the respondents 4 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's mother, CSR No.940 of 2024 came to be registered against the private respondents and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that there existed business transaction disputes between the parties and that the petitioner has given a complaint 2/4

before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the third respondent and is pending in current paper for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
