ORDER

When the case came up for hearing on the previous occasions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter had been settled amicably between the parties as the respondent/wife had rejoined in the matrimonial life. Based on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was directed to be listed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and both the parties were directed to be present before the Registrar (Judicial). Accordingly, the parties were appeared before the Registrar (Judicial) along with their sworn affidavit regarding reunion as well as proof of identity.

2.The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court had furnished the report that the parties have appeared before him and submitted that they had joined in the matrimonial life, considering the welfare of the children and their own welfare. The same had been recorded by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Crl.R.C.(MD) No.401 of 2017 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as settled amicably between the parties. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
