This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to conduct expedite and fair investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.472 of 2021 pending on the file of the second Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the investigation had been completed and they are awaiting for legal opinion. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the second Respondent to lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
