This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order passed in E.P.No.19 of 2022 in P.No.77 of 2016, dated 14.11.2022, on the file of the Revenue Court, Trichy.

2. It is represented by Mr.M.Suresh for the Civil Revision Petitioner that in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 28.02.2024 and 26.03.2024, the Civil Revision Petitioner had deposited the entire arrears amount of Rs.1,63,200/- to the credit of Revenue Court at Trichy in E.P.No.19 of 2022 in P.No.77 of 2016, dated 14.11.2022.

3. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
