ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the judgment dated 01.03.2017 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli in C.A.No.41 of 2016 confirming the judgment dated 18.08.2016 made in S.T.C.No.274 of 2008 by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichirappalli.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This case was referred before the Lok Adalath and the same was settled before the Lok Adalath and that the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 08.12.2017 and it was posted for reporting compliance on 14.12.2017 and when the matter was listed today, it is admitted by the both sides that the petitioner has not complied with the agreement entered between the parties before the Lok Adalath.
