PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the conclude the investigation in Cr.No.29 of 2020, dated 24.11.2020 and file refer Charge sheet before the concerned Court by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 05.10.2022.

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to conclude the investigation in Cr.No.29 of 2020, dated 24.11.2020 and file a refer charge sheet before the concerned Court by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 05.10.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submitted that the Petitioner had filed a complaint before the Respondent Police for missing of her daughter, based on which, an FIR in Cr.No.29 of 2020 was registered by the Respondent Police. Subsequently, the Petitioner came to know that her daughter had eloped with one Parthiban. Now, they are married and living as husband and wife. Therefore, she seeks a direction from this Court to conclude the investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Petitioner herself can approach the Respondent Police and give statement, based on which, the Respondent Police can pass appropriate orders.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Petitioner to approach the Respondent Police and on appearance of the Petitioner, the Respondent Police shall pass appropriate orders and file a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.
