O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 25.06.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.5869 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.Siddharthan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that against the order of learned single Judge, they have preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD).343 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this court has granted Interim Stay on 26.02.2025. The said writ appeal was disposed of on 04.03.2025. Thereafter, the respondents issued proceedings on 24.03.2025, granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as directed by the learned single Judge.

3. In view of the above factual position, this court is of the considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
