ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated , 20.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned Sessions Judge ,Fast Track Mahila Court,Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.462 dated 21.07.2023,this Court made the following order:

The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai by his letter dated 21.07.2023 has sought three months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.209 of 2016.

2. This Court by an order dated 20.03.2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.410 of 2017 had directed the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to dispose of the case in S.C.No.209 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The learned Trial Judge has addressed that he is unable to dispose the case since he was holding full Additional Charge of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai. Already PW1 to PW11 were examined, remaining six witnesses have to be examined, thereby, he sought for three months time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai and also considering the facts and circumstances of the
