ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint in which a preliminary inquiry is being conducted. Only for the inquiry, the petitioner's presence is necessary. 3.In view of the grievance made out by the petitioner, the petitioner shall present for the inquiry on such date as may be prescribed by the respondent, and the respondent shall complete the inquiry as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
