ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Survey No.295/4C, Karanthaneri Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering her application dated 09.09.2024.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Sivanu Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.The petitioner claims right over the subject property under a sale deed dated 21.04.2021. The patta for the subject property stands in her name in Patta No.5141. The petitioner submitted an application on
09.09.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/29/002119 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
