ORDER
This revision is directed against the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Crl.A.No.28 of 2016 in Cr.M.P.No. 780 of 2016 in M.C.No.125 of 2015, on the file Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that parties have entered into a compromise and hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision. The memo is recorded.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
