Considering the nature of the order dated 30.08.2024, which is specifically directed the petitioner to sign before the trial Court till the trial is over only to keep the whereabouts of the petitioner in check and considering the fact that 7 witnesses out of 11 witnesses have already been examined, this Court does not feel that there is any ground to interfere with or relax the said condition. 4.With the above observation, to expedite the trial, this petition stands dismissed.
