O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in A.S.No. 16 of 2020 dated 14.08.2024 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Sattur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the appeal in A.S.No.16 of 2020 was dismissed for default by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sattur on 06.12.2024. In view of the above dismissal, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to revive the revision petition, if the appeal is restored to file. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
