ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.32/Ka.Inspector/K.Ka.Ni/Pudukkottai/2025, dated 18.08.2025, and to consequently direct the third respondent to grant permission and provide adequate police protection to conduct a demonstration on 06.09.2025 at 4.00 p.m., near Chinnappa Park, Pudukkottai District, or on any other alternative date and place, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are willing to grant permission to conduct the demonstration at Thilagar Thidal, Pudukkottai District, on the same date and time as requested by the petitioner. He would further submit that necessary orders to that effect would be passed by the second respondent today, i.e., 04.09.2025.

3. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded as an undertaking on behalf of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
