ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.526 of 2016, dated 15.03.2017 by the learned Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 appeared through virtual mode and submitted that the petitioner herein had already instituted two suits before the Court of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil and the respondents herein have also instituted a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the suits, which were filed by the petitioner herein before the Court of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil in the year 2010, the present revision case has been filed by the petitioner. Now, the learned trial Judge, after full trial, dismissed the suits filed by the petitioner. He would further submit that since the suits had been decided as against the petitioner, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present case and the prayer sought for in this revision case had now become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as infructuous.
