The petitioner by way of this writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation seeks for a direction upon the respondents to prevent illegal parking near the weekly market and shift a portion of the weekly market in the place near Crematorium to the earlier location near the bus stand.

2.These issues cannot be adjudicated by us in a writ petition, that too by way of a Public Interest Litigation and we are not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.25319 of 2019 aware of what is the ground reality. All that we can observe that the second respondent should regulate the parking of vehicles near the market so that the people who come to the market are not put to difficulty.
