ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.08.2024, by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.08.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Kaviarasu alleging that he has cut neem trees in the petitioner's land and on that basis, CSR.No.543 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent in the petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
