ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents 3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the enquiry.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is not a case that the learned Magistrate refused to remand the petitioner but the petitioner was let out on bail on his own bond.
3. He would further submit that since already the petitioner was apprehended in the cases, his presence is not required. Only for further investigation or recording of statement, if the petitioner's presence is required, the respondent police will issue summons to him in writing and call him to the Police Station. Except for the investigation in the criminal cases pending against him, in no manner the petitioner will be harassed.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
