ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.10.2024 under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent has given complaint after complaint against the petitioner and that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17507 of 2024 claiming the same relief and when the same was taken up for hearing, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that since the earlier two complaints were closed, they have decided to close the present complaint and on that basis, the Criminal Original Petition was disposed of and that subsequently, the third respondent has given a complaint before the second respondent and the same is pending and that since the earlier complaints were closed, they have decided to close the present complaint. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
