The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in M.C.No.17 of 2017 / A3, dated 19.05.2017 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai 2.Today (i.e. 19.03.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo along with the copy of death certificate stating that the petitioner died on 28.09.2018. The Memo is recorded.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as abated.
