The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the cost imposed by this Court in the earlier order dated 25.10.2024 has been paid to the petitioner by the third respondent. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
