PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse all the monetary benefits and pension with order of due retirement in the light of order made in I.D.No.47 of 2018 dated 22.09.2022 on the file of the Labour Court, Madurai based on the representations dated 21.12.2022 and 06.08.2025 preferred by the petitioner within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner with a grievance that his retirement benefits have not been settled by the respondent Corporation, as per the award passed by the Labour Court, Madurai, in I.D.No.47 of 2018, dated 22.09.2022, has approached this Court, seeking a Mandamus to the respondents.
2.Today (16.09.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the entire retirement benefits due to this petitioner would be settled to him within a period of two weeks. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed.
