ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1, 4 and 5 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner based on the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.10.2022 in view of the order passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 05.08.2022 in A2/M.C.45/2022
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 to 5 would submit that initially registered in CSR Nos.246/2022, 262/2022, 263/2022 and thereafter First Information Report has been registered in Crime Nos.264 of 2022 and 245 of 2022.
