This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to instruct the second Respondent herein to not to interfere in the civil dispute on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would fairly concedes that the subject matter is civil dispute. Already suit is pending in O.s. No. 506 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Trichy.

3. In view of the same, the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to interfere in civil dispute.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
