********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed under Section 14 of the SARFEASI Act by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Crl.M.P.NO.192 of 2022, dated 4.4.2022 and to quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing a SARFAESI application for appropriate relief, in the manner known to law, if so advised.

4.With the liberty preserved above to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal to challenge the order of the learned Chief 2/4
