Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari call for the records of the proceeding of the impugned order passed by 1st respondent dated 17.03.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.149/2022 under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in respect of Plot No.14 and 14A, Door No.54, Santhanam Nagar 3rd Street, Jeevana School Back Side, AnnaiSreeMeenakshi Nagar, Ponemeni, Madurai-625016 and quash the same as illegal and pass such other order as this Honble Court may deem fit and necessary under the circumstance of the case and thus render justice. (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to extend the time to comply the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6725 of 2022, dated 26.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court and therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Since the petitioner has not shown any bona fide for making the first instalment on or before 10.11.2022, as per the direction of this Court dated 26.09.2022, we are not inclined to allow this petition.
