ORDER

The Criminal Revision case is directed against the order passed by the Court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar in Crl.A.No.30 of 2015 on 28.09.2016 in confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar in M.C.No.04 of 2011 on 15.12.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that both the parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent and the petitioner / husband has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent / wife as wholesome maintenance that the respondent / wife has already received the said amount and that subsequently, the Sub Court, Melur has already granted a decree of divorce in HMOP.No.152 of 2019 on 28.08.2019 and therefore, no further order is necessary in the above case.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
