ORDER

The petitioner / A-6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 120B read with 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018), in FIR No.RC2292025A0002, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the condition that he produce the sale deed standing in his name to prove ownership of the property. Further, the prosecution submitted that, based on the interim anticipatory bail, the petitioner made a confession statement that he is not the owner of the property and that one Paneer Selvam is the owner.

3. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to extend the interim bail, and the same is hereby vacated.
