This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11741 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, that the paragraph No. 4, shall be replaced as under:

"4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, it is the POCSO Act Cases, this petitioner complied the condition only for 22 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2025 on 05.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12999 of 2025 on 05.08.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and he shall appear and sigh before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, once in a week on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders." 1/3
