ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to handover the writ petitioner's bike and mobile which have been illegally confiscated by the third respondent within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would submit that the prayer has become infructuous and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4
